OpeniBank is non-custodial by architecture. We do not hold, control, or have access to your digital assets at any time. We are not a bank, broker-dealer, exchange, money transmitter, or custodian, and we do not accept deposits.

Today, all trading on OpeniBank is SIMULATED. Orders execute against live public market data using a simulated balance that exists only in your own browser's local storage. No real capital moves, no real position is opened at any venue, and no asset of yours is ever transferred to us.

When on-chain execution is introduced, it will preserve this property: assets remain in wallets you control, transactions are signed by you or by an account whose keys you alone hold, and OpeniBank will never possess withdrawal authority over user funds. Any change to this model would be announced before it takes effect.

We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. Any message, email, or person claiming to be OpeniBank and requesting them is fraudulent.

Balances, positions, profit and loss, fees, liquidations, and vault yields shown on OpeniBank are simulated and are not claims on any asset. They confer no ownership, no entitlement, and no redeemable value.

Simulated performance is not indicative of real results. Simulation excludes real-world factors including slippage on size, venue outages, funding payments, partial fills, network congestion, and counterparty failure. Real trading outcomes will differ, often materially and unfavourably.

Target yields shown on Earn surfaces are illustrative parameters of a simulated strategy. They are not offers, promises, guarantees, or forecasts of return.

OpeniBank provides market data, deterministic analytics, and educational tooling. Nothing on this platform — including any output of the iBanker engine, any signal, bias score, strategy template, or market read — is investment, financial, legal, tax, or accounting advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any asset.

The iBanker engine computes its output from public market data using published, deterministic methods. It has no wallet access, no signing keys, and no order-routing authority. It cannot execute a transaction on your behalf under any circumstance.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions. Consider your objectives, experience, and risk tolerance, and seek independent professional advice where appropriate.

OpeniBank operates an open listing model. Any person may submit an asset for display. A listing is NOT a review, approval, endorsement, guarantee, or recommendation by OpeniBank, and it implies no diligence beyond the automated checks whose results are published alongside it.

Automated risk reports are generated from public on-chain and market data by deterministic heuristics. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. A favourable risk report is not a safety guarantee, and the absence of a flag is not evidence of safety.

Digital assets — particularly newly listed and low-liquidity assets — carry severe risk of total loss, including from fraud, rug pulls, honeypot contracts, hidden transfer taxes, mint or blacklist authorities, and liquidity withdrawal. You must conduct your own research before interacting with any asset.

OpeniBank does not create, issue, underwrite, or control listed assets and is not responsible for their conduct, solvency, or performance.

Trading digital assets involves substantial risk, including the risk of losing more than your initial outlay when leverage is used. Prices are volatile and can move against you rapidly and without warning.

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. At higher leverage, ordinary market noise can be sufficient to liquidate a position entirely. Liquidation can occur at any time, including while you are unable to access the platform.

Do not trade with funds you cannot afford to lose entirely.

OpeniBank is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The service is an experimental preview and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

Market data is sourced from third-party public venues and may be delayed, interrupted, inaccurate, or unavailable. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any data displayed, and we are not liable for decisions made in reliance on it.

Your simulated account is stored in your browser. Clearing site data will erase it permanently. It is not backed up and cannot be recovered by us.

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and legally permitted to access this service. You are responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including securities, tax, and sanctions laws.

You may not use OpeniBank if you are subject to applicable sanctions, or if access would violate the laws of your jurisdiction. Access from a jurisdiction does not imply the service is lawful there.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpeniBank and its contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets, arising out of or relating to your use of the platform.

Because the platform is non-custodial and, in this preview, executes no real transactions, OpeniBank does not hold funds against which a claim could be made.

OpeniBank requires no account to browse markets, use the terminal, or query the iBanker engine. Simulated account state is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us.

iBanker conversations are processed on OpeniBank's own infrastructure and are not sold or sent to third-party model providers. Do not submit private keys, passwords, or sensitive personal data to any interface.

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Material changes to the custody model in particular will be published before taking effect. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
